Tavren Player installs in about a minute. Pick your platform and follow the steps.
Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and iOS versions are not publicly available yet.
The quickest way: transfer the APK and open it.
Download TavrenPlayer.apk on the device itself, or transfer it with a USB stick / cloud drive.
If prompted, allow installation from the browser or file manager ("Install unknown apps"). This is a standard Android step for apps outside the store.
Open Tavren Player and choose Xtream Codes (server URL, username and password) or load an M3U playlist from a file or URL. Your library loads automatically.
Check the server URL includes http:// and the port (e.g. :8080), that the password has no trailing spaces, and that the subscription is active. Test in a browser: <server>/player_api.php?username=X&password=Y should show "auth":1.
Use a wired (Ethernet) connection where possible, or move the TV closer to the router. For live channels, long-press OK to switch source if your provider offers multiple qualities.
The app groups provider categories automatically. If a provider changes its naming, the grouping adapts on the next login. Logging out and back in re-syncs everything.
A factory reset removes sideloaded apps and locally stored settings. Reinstall using the Android steps, then sign in again and rebuild your favorites.
Write to us — include your TV model, app version and a photo of the error if you can. We reply within 24 hours.
Note: we can only help with the player software itself. For subscription or channel questions, please contact your service provider.
